Service Advisor – Incheon Mobility (River Indie Dealership)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at the Incheon Mobility – River Indie dealership in Muvattupuzha. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Provide accurate service consultation and explain repair/maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service jobs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and maintenance plans to achieve service revenue targets.
- Prepare and maintain job cards, service records, invoices, and other documentation.
- Update service-related information accurately in the dealership management system.
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery after service and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the two-wheeler industry.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and workshop teams.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with service management systems.
- Experience in Electric Vehicles (EVs) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
