- Monitor and maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA, and instrumentation control systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Diagnose and rectify instrument and control system faults with minimum downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for instrumentation equipment.
- Perform calibration of instruments using standard calibration procedures and maintain calibration records.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams during shutdowns, commissioning, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, and statutory requirements while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation including loop diagrams, P&IDs, instrument datasheets, maintenance history, and spare inventory.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate field instruments such as transmitters, control valves, flow, pressure, temperature, and level instruments.
