Key Responsibilities - Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and lifestyle. - Create creative interior concepts, space planning, and mood boards. - Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings. - Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates. - Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and execution teams. - Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as planned. - Guide and mentor junior designers. - Present designs confidently and handle client revisions professionally. - Ensure projects are delivered on time with high-quality standards. Required Skills - 4–8+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior design. - Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. - Valid portfolio showcasing completed projects.
