Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant certification may also apply) About the Role Renew Plus Hair & Skin Care is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Skin Therapist to provide high-quality aesthetic skin treatments while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facial therapies, laser assistance, and skincare procedures. Key Responsibilities - Perform skin treatments such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, medi facials, carbon facials, and other therapist-level procedures as per protocol. - Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures. - Conduct skin analysis and explain treatment procedures to patients. - Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized before and after every procedure. - Maintain patient treatment records accurately. - Follow infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management protocols. - Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care. - Promote suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on doctor recommendations. - Ensure a high standard of patient care and customer service. - Report equipment issues or treatment-related concerns to the Branch Manager or Doctor. - Maintain treatment room cleanliness and stock availability. Required Skills - Knowledge of skin anatomy and common skin conditions. - Hands-on experience in aesthetic skin treatments. - Good communication and patient counselling skills. - Ability to maintain hygiene and infection control standards. - Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in a skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, or aesthetic centre is preferred. - Freshers with relevant training and certification may also apply.
