We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Associate to join our team and support our growing design and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring our workforce is aligned with the company's vision and goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the design and manufacturing industry and its unique talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles in design, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
· Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiations, and on boarding.
· Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Employer Branding:
· Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and growth opportunities.
· Attend job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to senior management.
5. Candidate Experience:
· Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Provide timely communication and feedback to applicants.
6. Market Insights:
· Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the design and manufacturing sectors.
· Suggest innovative approaches to attract and retain talent.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities.
· Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labour laws.
8. HR Documentation & Records Management
· Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR databases, and statutory documents.
· Prepare and manage HR-related documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
· Ensure all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained as per company policies and compliance requirements.
· Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of HR policies, SOPs, process documents, organizational charts, and workflow documentation.
9. Basic Administration Support
· Assist in day-to-day administrative activities including attendance management, leave tracking, employee asset records, and office coordination.
· Coordinate employee on boarding arrangements, ID cards, workstation readiness, and induction activities..
· Support vendor coordination, office facility requirements, and general administrative tasks as assigned by management..
· Maintain records related to employee attendance, overtime, travel claims, and other administrative documentation..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in recruitment, preferably in the design or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations in the manufacturing sector and KPI.
