Location:- Pitampura Delhi
Shift:-m 11:30 am to 8:30 pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing & E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory updates, client communication, and marketplace product management across multiple platforms. The role also involves working on Magento for product listings, inventory updates, and template preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing and fulfillment across multiple platforms.
- Update inventory and warehouse records to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Manage client communication and provide timely updates on orders and queries.
- Perform product mapping on third-party marketplaces and resolve listing errors.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability, lead times, and product details via email.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product listing management on third-party marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Excel for bulk uploads, data management, and reporting.
- Strong coordination skills for supplier and warehouse communication.
