Job Summary
The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring proper storage of goods. The role also involves SAP/ERP transactions, stock verification, and coordination with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, and finished goods as per production requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare daily stock reports.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and stock transfer documents.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with SAP MM or any ERP system.
- Understanding of FIFO, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 2–5 years in stores, warehouse, or inventory management (manufacturing preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
