- Lead and manage the 14-person regional team: 2 Procurement Executive, 10 Field Executives, 1 Store-in-Charge
- Achieve the regional acreage target: 400–500 acres under high-value crops in Year 1
- Mobilise 1,000–1,500 farmers across 10 -15 blocks through partner NGOs/FPOs
- Activate and manage 40–50 Rural Entrepreneurs (REs) — their selection, training, and performance
- Oversee all procurement operations: village collection points → cluster hubs → regional hub → buyer dispatch
- Monitor weekly crop health with Field Executives — report issues to Technical Expert (HO) promptly
- Submit weekly performance report to Operations Manager: acreage, procurement volumes, RE activity, cash position
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager (HO) for buyer-wise dispatch scheduling
- Manage regional office, store, and equipment — maintain inventory records
- Ensure zero delay in farmer payments. — escalate immediately in case of delay.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
