Job Summarys
We are looking for a Junior BIM Engineer to support our BIM team in creating construction drawings and 3D models for architectural FRP and GFRC products. The candidate will work under the supervision of the BIM Engineer and will be involved in day-to-day modelling, documentation, and coordination tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop hands-on experience with real US commercial construction projects.

Working Hours
Minimum 45 hours per week. Occasional late evening work may be required to coordinate with the U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior BIM Engineer will assist the BIM Engineer in the following areas:
BIM Modelling Support
· Assist in setting up projects in Revit, including creating and managing parametric families
· Support the development of 3D BIM models for architectural FRP and GFRC products, including:
· Columns, Cupolas, Cornices, Domes, Balustrades, Entryways, and cladding systems
· Work within established BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards
· Support clash detection tasks and flag design conflicts to the BIM Engineer
Documentation Support
· Assist in generating construction documents and drawings from BIM models
· Complete attachment details and markup drawings for company products under supervision
· Help maintain an organized and up-to-date BIM documentation system
· Translate design direction into functional documents with guidance from senior team members
Quality & Coordination
· Support regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet company and client standards
· Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent model integration
· Follow company protocols for Revit server management and file organization
Key Skills & Knowledge Required
· 1–2 years of experience in BIM modelling or a related role
· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit — Essential
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent 2D drafting software
· Understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and project workflows
· Basic knowledge of BIM standards and LOD concepts
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
· Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
Preferred (in addition to the above)
· Exposure to or knowledge of American codes, standards, and construction practices
· Experience working on US commercial construction projects — Good to Have
· Familiarity with Bluebeam for drawing review and markup
· Basic awareness of FRP or GFRC products is a plus but not required
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
