Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve 100% monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned district.
- Lead and manage Sales Officers through regular joint field visits.
- Ensure daily market coverage with dealer visits and order generation.
- Identify and appoint new dealers to expand the distribution network.
- Monitor and collect outstanding payments; ensure 15–20% reduction monthly.
- Track competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.
- Support product demonstrations and farmer engagement activities.
- Review slow-moving stock and ensure healthy inventory at dealer level.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting through Biz App (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Collect customer feedback and implement improvements in the market.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
