Electrical Billing Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Billing Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Client Bills, RA Bills, and Final Bills.
- Verify Measurement Sheets received from site engineers.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for billing approvals.
- Prepare vendor and subcontractor bills.
- Track work progress and maintain billing records.
- Prepare variation statements and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical billing.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and client billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
