Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Advanced Microsoft Excel, and good knowledge of Tally.
- Knowledge of stock operations, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate daily office activities and administrative operations.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally.
- Track stock inventory and place purchase orders when required.
- Create, update, and maintain records, databases, and reports accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
