We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive & Customer Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for building Yugavist SmartInfra’s digital presence, generating quality leads, managing online campaigns, creating engaging content, and converting digital inquiries into customer interactions.
The role requires a combination of digital marketing skills, creativity, customer communication, and sales mindset to support business growth across real estate, architecture, interior design, and infrastructure solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Google platforms
- real estate portals
- Create and manage digital campaigns to generate customer leads.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Track cost per lead, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Identify new digital channels for customer acquisition.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Manage Yugavist SmartInfra’s social media presence.
- Create engaging content ideas for:
- real estate projects
- property investment awareness
- interiors
- architecture
- customer education
- Coordinate creation of:
- posts
- reels
- videos
- project highlights
- promotional creatives
- Maintain consistent brand communication across platforms.
3. Customer Calling & Lead Engagement
- Call customers generated through digital campaigns and lead sources.
- Understand customer requirements related to:
- flats
- plots
- commercial properties
- interior solutions
- architectural services
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain Yugavist SmartInfra services and project offerings.
- Schedule site visits and consultation meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
4. CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain customer information in CRM / lead management tools.
- Update:
- customer requirements
- conversation history
- follow-up dates
- lead status
- conversion probability
- Provide regular reports on:
- leads generated
- campaign results
- customer engagement
- conversion progress
5. Brand Building & Business Growth Support
- Support Yugavist SmartInfra’s brand-building initiatives.
- Research:
- competitor activities
- real estate trends
- customer preferences
- Identify opportunities for:
- developer collaborations
- digital campaigns
- customer outreach
- Support marketing activities for real estate events and promotions.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Understanding of:
- Instagram marketing
- Facebook pages
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads basics
- SEO basics
- Creative mindset with content ideas.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English preferred).
- Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Basic design knowledge preferred:
