About the Role
Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and bills.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist senior accountants as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting concepts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
