Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
- Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.
Billing & Revenue Management
- Verify patient billing, treatment packages, and receipts.
- Reconcile collections from cash, UPI, card, insurance, and online payment gateways.
- Coordinate with the front office to ensure accurate billing and payment records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up where required.
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and supplier payments.
- Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely payment to laboratories, pharmaceutical suppliers, and service providers.
Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
Payroll & Reporting
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
- Prepare MIS reports, revenue reports, expense analysis, and management dashboards.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Inventory & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with pharmacy and stores for inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock-related financial records and asset registers.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure data accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitals, IVF centers, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and patient billing software.
- Understanding of IVF treatment packages, pharmacy billing, and healthcare revenue cycles is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
