Yashodeep Knowledge Hub is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor – MBA. We are looking for a dedicated academic professional with strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring future management professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for MBA students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide academic guidance.
- Mentor students in academic, research, internships, and placement activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Maintain academic records and documentation as per AICTE/University requirements.
- Contribute to departmental administration and accreditation activities (NAAC, NBA, etc.).
- Support institutional initiatives, research, and industry collaborations.
Qualifications
- MBA with First Class and NET/SET qualification preferred.
- Ph.D. in Management is preferred as per AICTE/University norms.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent academic records may also apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AICTE and University regulations will be an added advantage.
