Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fabric Summary Executive to create, update, and maintain fabric summary records for ongoing and new developments. The role requires strong coordination with merchandising, production, processing, and quality teams to ensure accurate fabric data and smooth workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed fabric summary sheets
- Update fabric information including:
- Construction
- GSM
- Width
- Composition
- Finish
- Process details
- Shade and color information
- Repeat and design details
- Maintain buyer-wise and development-wise fabric records
- Coordinate with merchandising, CAD, production, and processing teams for accurate updates
- Ensure proper documentation of approved and running qualities
- Track revisions and changes in fabric developments
- Prepare reports and summaries for management and merchandising teams
- Maintain organized digital records and Excel databases
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in fabric data entries
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and textile terminology
- Good understanding of fabric construction and processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data efficiently
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in textiles, merchandising support, fabric development, or documentation
- Experience in fabric summaries and textile data handling preferred
Qualification
- Graduate / Textile Diploma / Textile Engineering preferred
Pay: ₹10,789.34 - ₹20,333.15 per month
