Job Description:
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The exact duties vary by industry (banking, real estate, automotive, BPO, etc.), but the core responsibilities are fairly consistent.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience.
Issue Resolution: Address complaints and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
Follow-ups: Keep in touch with customers for feedback, renewals, or service updates.
Sales Support: Assist in upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate.
Data Management: Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track interactions.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve services.

Educational Qualification
