Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities. This role requires overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept design to construction completion.
- Develop innovative design solutions while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Lead design reviews and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review construction documentation, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Drive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development through client presentations and proposal preparation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, detailing, materials, and building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
- BIM workflow knowledge is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
- Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and BIM collaboration platforms.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.
