Job Description: Supply Chain Executive

Parekh Enterprises is a leading distributor and importer of virgin engineering polymers with over 35 years of industry experience. We supply high-quality engineering plastics to customers across automotive, electrical, consumer goods, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
· Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DOs), Proforma Invoices (PIs), and other dispatch-related documents.
· Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules with warehouse and transport teams.
· Prepare material planning and inventory forecast reports using Microsoft Excel.
· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
· Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
· Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
· Maintain inventory records, stock movement reports, and supply chain documentation.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.
· Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted business operations.
· Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- B.Com (Mandatory)
- Additional certification or diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Purchase, or Operations.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reports).
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Understanding of purchase order processing and supplier coordination.
- Strong planning and forecasting abilities with excellent numerical aptitude.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or any ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
