About the Role:
Ace Marinetech is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the finance team. This role involves overseeing daily financial operations, accounting, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as managing invoices, receipts, and payments and
- Reconcile accounts, monitor financial transactions, and assist with the preparation of financial statements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all financial documentation is up to date and stored securely.
- Tax and Compliance:
- Preparing tax calculations, filing of TDS, GST returns and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure that all financial processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office expenses.
- Handle routine queries related to accounts and coordinate with other departments.
- Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate ledgers and track financial data for internal and external audits.
- Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and supported by documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
