Digital Marketing Manager
You don't just run campaigns. You run the room.
The Role
Most agencies hire a Digital Marketing Manager to manage a calendar and report on numbers someone else set. That's not this.
At Sirican, this role is the bridge between strategy and execution — across SEO, paid media, content, social, and client accounts. You'll own relationships, lead a team, and make sure everything adds up to something the client can actually feel. Directional thinking, fast decisions, and clear communication aren't nice-to-haves here. They're the job.
We work with B2B industrial brands, healthcare platforms, e-commerce businesses, and professional service firms — across India and international markets. The accounts are real, the expectations are high, and the team is good. Your job is to make it all move.
What You'll Actually Do
Client Management
- Own client accounts end-to-end — strategy, execution, reporting, communication
- Send weekly updates proactively — not when asked
- Prepare for and lead client review calls with data, not just status
- Write emails that are professional, accurate, and make the client feel in good hands
- Turn client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the team without losing anything in translation
Team Leadership
- Manage the SEO, social media, content, and design team day-to-day
- Assign tasks with clear deliverables and deadlines — and follow through on them
- Review team output before it goes to the client — catch errors, raise the quality bar
- Keep Trello boards and project management tools updated and moving — daily, not occasionally
SEO & Content
- Plan and oversee SEO execution — technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword research, link building
- Review content calendars and ensure they're aligned with each client's brand voice
- Write or review LinkedIn posts, blog content, and email campaigns
- Know GSC, GA4, and GTM well enough to walk a client through the data without hesitation
Paid Advertising
- Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns — setup, monitoring, optimisation
- Review performance before issues become client conversations
- Understand CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL — not just the acronyms, the implications behind them
Reporting & Process
- Produce monthly client reports with accurate, verified data — no copy-paste from last month
- Include insights, not just numbers: what's working, what isn't, what happens next
- Send call summaries after every client meeting within 24 hours
- Document processes so the team can operate independently when needed
- Maintain Google Drive with proper file naming and structure — consistently
What We're Looking For
Someone who has genuinely managed digital marketing — not just done it. You've handled client relationships independently, produced reports clients actually read, and spotted a bad campaign before it became a problem.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You know what Monday morning looks like when you're managing multiple live accounts — and you've already planned for it. Strong written English is non-negotiable. Emails, reports, proposals — everything that goes out reflects on Sirican.
Agency experience is strongly preferred. If you've worked in-house only, be ready to talk about pace.
Must Have
3–5 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience across client accounts. Comfortable with GSC, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs or Semrush). You've led a team. You work with data, not around it.
Bonus Points
B2B marketing experience — especially industrial, healthcare, or professional services. LinkedIn content strategy. Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation. Amazon or e-commerce marketing. Trello and Notion as daily habits, not occasional check-ins.
