Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Health Insurance Claims Executive – Back Office to manage insurance claim processing, documentation, and coordination with insurance companies and TPAs. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of health insurance claim procedures, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit health insurance claims to insurance companies and TPAs.
- Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy. Follow up with insurance providers regarding claim status, approvals, and settlements.
- Coordinate with hospitals, patients, and internal departments for claim-related requirements. Maintain claim records and update claim tracking systems.
- Handle pre-authorization and reimbursement claim documentation.
- Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies. Prepare periodic claim status and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,629.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
