Interior Sales Executive (Client Meetings & Closures)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (+Incentives)
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)
About the Role
We are a growing interior design company looking for a Sales Executive who can handle client meetings and convert qualified leads into successful project closures.
You will be working on pre-qualified leads and interacting with clients planning their home/commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects
- Conduct client meetings (office/site)
- Understand client psychology, budget, and decision triggers
- Present proposals and drive negotiations to closure
- Follow up and drive closures
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years in Sales (interiors, real estate, or high-value services)
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales process and follow-ups
- Willingness to work with targets and grow in sales
