We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who enjoys turning great products into compelling customer stories. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure our solutions are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and adopted by the right customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, crafting clear messaging, and driving go-to-market strategies that create measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, feature releases, and enhancements.
- Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand the roadmap and translate technical capabilities into customer-focused benefits.
- Create marketing assets including sales presentations, product collateral, website content, case studies, customer success stories, and campaign messaging.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with training materials, battle cards, FAQs, and competitive insights.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
- Measure campaign and product performance using customer adoption, engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics, and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Act as the voice of the customer by bringing market feedback into product planning and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, B2B Marketing, or SaaS Marketing.
- Strong ability to simplify complex products into clear, customer-centric messaging.
- Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, image generation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate campaign and product performance.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
