We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations along with working knowledge of social audits and compliance standards such as ISO and ESG/EHS frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records
- Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR documentation and employee database
Compliance & Audits:
- Support and coordinate Social Audits and compliance activities
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
- ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 (Food Safety & Packaging standards)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
- FSC (Forest Stewardship Council standards)
- Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) compliance
- Prepare documentation and reports required for audits
ESG / EHS Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives
- Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices in the organization
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and employee awareness programs
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of social audit processes and ISO standards
- Familiarity with ESG and EHS frameworks
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

- Ability to handle audits and cross-functional coordination

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
