- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or pre-sales role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Worked on sales for Website designing / Mobile applications & development / Branding / digital marketing / SEO.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via email/call/skype.
- Deep knowledge of website designing, development & experience in Digital Marketing / SEO Sales / PPC / Google adwords/ App Sales / Web sales / Mobile applications.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via email/call/skype.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and business analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
