Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in PPC campaigns for tech support and tech sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality inbound leads through paid campaigns and optimizing them for maximum conversions across services like printers, hardware, software, antivirus, and desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) for tech support services
- Generate high-intent inbound leads for tech sales (printer support, antivirus, system issues, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and continuously improve results
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales/tech support teams to align lead quality and conversion goals
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in PPC campaigns, preferably in tech support or similar domain
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools
- Understanding of tech support services (printers, desktops, software, antivirus, etc.)
- Experience in generating inbound calls/leads for sales processes
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, WordPress, etc.)
- Knowledge of call-based PPC campaigns and lead tracking systems
- Familiarity with international campaigns (US/UK/AU markets)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
