HIRING – VALUATION ENGINEER
Stambha Consultants, a growing Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy Firm, is looking for a qualified and experienced Valuation Engineer to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan.
Position: Valuation Engineer
Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of immovable property valuation reports for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties.
- Technical inspection and assessment of properties and structures.
- Valuation for bank finance, mortgage, loan, sale/purchase and other statutory purposes.
- Preparation of Detailed Valuation Reports (DVR) with proper market analysis and supporting calculations.
- Assessment of land value, building value, depreciation, replacement cost and fair market value.
- Verification of approved plans, ownership/property documents and relevant technical records.
- Conducting market surveys and collecting comparable property rates.
- Coordination with banks, financial institutions, clients, architects and government departments.
- Ensuring valuation reports comply with applicable Indian Standards, government guidelines and bank requirements.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records for all valuation assignments.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in property valuation / civil engineering / structural assessment / bank valuation will be preferred.
- Candidates having experience with bank empanelment and valuation reports will have an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and property valuation methodologies.
- Strong report-writing, communication and site inspection skills.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered for suitable roles.
