The role requires strong technical skills, precision, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Measure, mark, cut, and fit metal components accurately
Assemble fabricated parts using bolts, rivets, or welding (as required)
Align and level structures using precision tools
Operate fabrication tools and equipment (grinders, drills, cutting machines, etc.)
Perform trial assemblies and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and tolerances
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors
Carry out repair, modification, and maintenance work when requiredQualificationITI / Diploma in Fitter, Fabrication, Mechanical, or related trade
2–4 years of experience in fabrication or industrial fitting (preferred)
Work ExperienceManufacturing plants, fabrication workshops, construction or industrial sites
May involve working at heights, confined spaces, or outdoor locationsSkillsStrong knowledge of fabrication and fitting techniques
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments
Basic welding knowledge (advantage)
Good understanding of material properties (MS, SS, aluminum, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
