Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and coordinate end-to-end order management. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills to ensure seamless interaction with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Commerce Graduate (MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing preferred)
- 2 – 7 years of experience in Sales Coordination / CRM / Sales Support
- Experience in manufacturing industry (flexible packaging preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong coordination and analytical abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete sales cycle in ERP (order entry to dispatch)
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Finance, and Logistics teams
- Prepare and share invoices, packing lists, COAs, and dispatch documents
- Track receivables, follow up on payments, and reconcile accounts
- Act as Key Account Manager (KAM) for local customers
- Prepare quotations and communicate price revisions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure CAPA closure
- Maintain sales MIS, ISO documentation, and reports
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials and samples
