Position Overview:
The Sr. Officer (Partnerships) will play a key role in strengthening our work through strategic collaborations with industry, CSR, and government entities. Embedded within the system under the aegis of the MOU between the state's Samagra Shiksha and Lend A Hand India, you will be the engine for both partnership development and implementation. This is a call to action for those who believe that sustainable change is forged from within the system and amplified through powerful external alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
CSR & Industry Partnerships:
- Identify, build, and sustain partnerships with corporates, business chambers, and industry leaders for funding and skilling support
- Lead all stages of partnership management: outreach, proposals, onboarding, relationship nurturing, MOU drafting, donor reporting, and renewal
- Actively drive engagement with existing and potential CSR partners for project expansion and resource mobilization
Represent LAHI at government/industry events, conferences, and partnership forums

Government Partnership Support:
- Provide operational support to the Program Lead for government partnership initiatives under Samagra Shiksha
- Join key government and donor meetings and contribute to program design, reporting, and execution
Regular field visits to schools to understand quality of on-ground implementation to contribute

Stakeholder Management:
- With guidance from Program lead, build good working relationships with government officials, vocational training partners and other key stakeholders in the skill education ecosystem.
- Liaise with schools, NGOs, vocational training providers, and sector skill councils for opportunity creation and project delivery
Facilitate exposure visits, internships, and joint programs in partnership with industry/CSR partners

Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation as per organisation and partner requirements, capturing success stories and best practices
Use Google Workspace and data analysis tools for dashboards, reporting, and tracking

Collaboration & Learning:
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams and support shared learning and best practices
Participate in capacity-building sessions and contribute to organizational knowledge
