Key Responsibilities:
Handle store-level HR operations
Recruitment & onboarding of store staff
Attendance & payroll coordination
Maintain HR records and compliance
Resolve employee queries and grievances
Requirements:
BBA/BBM/ MBA (HR preferred)
6 months –2 years of HR experience (Retail preferred)
Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR practices
Basic Excel knowledge.
