Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves working on complex integrations, enhancing system performance, and contributing to agile project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL .
Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft) .
Optimize system performance, data quality, and ensure maintainable customizations.
Troubleshoot production issues and support defect resolution.
Contribute to CI/CD processes, version control, and release management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment
Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and security practices.
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) .
Strong knowledge of SOQL, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization .
Experience in integration patterns (APIs, Events, CDC) .
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git) .
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform limits.Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Other Requirements
1.Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
