Roz office time par open karna aur ensure karna ki office work-ready ho.
Daily employee attendance maintain karna.
Reception handle karna – incoming calls receive karna, visitors greet karna aur unhe assist karna.
Interview candidates ko call karna, interview schedule karna aur interview process coordinate karna.
Employees ke liye first point of contact banna aur office-related kisi bhi issue mein unhe guide aur assist karna.
Employee queries aur concerns ko resolve karna ya concerned department tak timely coordinate karna.
Employee records, documents aur company databases maintain aur update karna.
Office stationery, supplies aur inventory manage karna.
Office maintenance, housekeeping, internet, repairs aur vendor coordination handle karna.
Emails, courier, parcels aur general office communication manage karna.
Office events, team activities aur employee engagement initiatives organize karne mein support karna.
Different departments ke saath coordination karke daily office operations smoothly chalana.
