Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can connect product, customers, and growth. You will be responsible for crafting product messaging, driving feature adoption, educating customers, and supporting growth initiatives through content, campaigns, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Own and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Translate technical features into clear customer benefits.

Develop messaging frameworks for different customer segments.

Plan and execute feature launches and product announcements.

Create release notes, launch assets, email campaigns, and in-app communications.

Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to drive adoption of new features.

Create customer-facing content including guides, blogs, case studies, webinars, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

Improve onboarding and activation through educational content.

Build resources that help customers achieve better deliverability outcomes.

Manage product-related communication across social media, email, communities, and other marketing channels.

Engage with relevant communities and industry groups to increase brand awareness.

Support inbound growth initiatives through content and customer advocacy.

Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback.

Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.

Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, retention, and positioning.

Create sales collateral, battle cards, one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories.

Support the sales team with product education and competitive intelligence.
Requirements

1-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related SaaS role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.

Experience managing product launches and customer communication.
-
Ability to understand technical products and simplify them for customers.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Canva, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms.
