Role Summary
The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for building quantitative, logical, and analytical reasoning capabilities of students at NMIT, enabling them to clear competitive placement aptitude rounds conducted by top engineering recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Delivery
- Conduct aptitude training with a special focus on Quantitative Aptitude for B.E. Sem 3 & 4 students.
- Deliver practice modules, shortcuts, and time-management strategies for campus tests.
- Provide company-specific coaching aligned with recruiter test patterns.
Placement Preparation
- Offer one-on-one coaching for targeted improvement.
- Analyze performance data and assign focused practice.
- Prepare students for online and proctored assessments.
Assessment & Progress
- Conduct mock tests and track student performance.
- Identify weak areas and create personalized improvement plans.
- Support weaker students with follow-ups and additional resources.
Documentation & Systems
- Maintain training records and progress reports (NAAC/NBA).
- Use LMS/ERP for scheduling, content, and tracking.
- Update content based on latest recruiter test formats.
Key Competencies
- Strong aptitude skills (Quant, Reasoning, DI).
- Ability to simplify concepts for engineering students.
- Student-focused, patient, and methodical.
- Result-oriented with ownership of placement outcomes.
- Familiar with aptitude platforms and MS Office/LMS/ERP systems.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
