The Junior Agriculturist will support agricultural operations by assisting in crop management, soil analysis, irrigation planning, and field activities. The role involves to improve crop field, maintain sustainable farming practices, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Supports agricultural operations, research, through hands-on field work, data collection, and technical assistance. Responsibilities include monitoring crop health, conducting field trials, managing farm records, and assisting in sustainable farming techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Operations & Monitoring: Assisting with daily tasks such as seeding, irrigation, harvesting, nutrient management, and monitoring plant growth.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collecting field data on crop performance, pest management, and environmental factors (humidity, temperature) for analysis.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate farm records, inventory management, and preparing reports for technical staff.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
