Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation & Scripting: Research trending topics, audios, and viral formats to brainstorm creative, scroll-stopping concepts.
- Video Production & Editing: Shoot high-quality content on-the-go and edit basic videos, add captions, and use transitions.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags tailored to the brand's voice.
- Channel Management: Schedule content, monitor community engagement, and analyze metrics (reach, views, click-through rates) to refine future strategies. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Ideal Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic video editing/design.
- Portfolio: A history of creating personal/college projects, managing social pages, or published writing.
