Guest Service- Greet and seat guests warmly
- Take detailed orders, recommend dishes/wine
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve promptly
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal
Team Supervision- Supervise and train waitstaff/new employees
- Organize duty rosters for service staff
- Coach and develop junior staff
- Lead by example
Service Operations- Ensure proper service sequence (starter → main → dessert)
- Check table settings cleanliness before service
- Serve food courses and beverages enthusiastically
- Apply service techniques correctly at all times
Kitchen Coordination- Communicate orders, allergies, dietary needs to kitchen
- Coordinate for timely service
- Discuss menu questions and product availability
Administrative- Handle billing, cash/card transactions
- Record orders in POS systems
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Conduct monthly inventory checks
Skills- Excellent guest service skills
- Good menu knowledge
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Good command of spoken/written English
- POS system familiarity AttributesPleasing personality, able to work in fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹14,501.43 - ₹25,000.00 per month
