What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth, organised, and productive workplace
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and workplace maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, repairs, courier services, maintenance, and other operational needs
- Maintain office inventory, assets, invoices, and administrative records
- Partner with Finance for invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Support employees with seating, office access, meeting rooms, travel, and day-to-day workplace requirements
- Organise internal meetings, team events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with building management and service providers to ensure the office is safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes, reduce costs, and enhance the employee experience
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, facilities, or administration support
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors and coordinating across teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Someone hands-on, dependable, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
