Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Cloud Sales Telecaller to promote cloud-based services and IT solutions to customers. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, explaining cloud services, and coordinating with the sales team for closures.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Promote cloud services such as:
Cloud Hosting
Cloud Backup
Microsoft 365
Google Workspace
VPS/Server Solutions
Remote Desktop Services
Generate and qualify sales leads
Explain pricing, plans, and service benefits
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain customer data and call reports
Coordinate with technical and sales teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of computers and internet
Knowledge of cloud/IT services preferred
Tele calling or sales experience is an advantage
Ability to convince customers professionally
Freshers and experienced both can apply
