Drive targets: Calls | Connects | SQLs | Appointments
Ensure quality conversations & messaging
Coach on BANT & objection handling
Optimize campaign performance
Track KPIs & maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements
2+ yrs team handling in B2B telecalling / inside sales
Strong in lead generation & appointment setting
Proven target achievement
Excellent communication & leadership skills
CRM experience (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
