We are seeking a responsible, empathetic, and organized Hostel Warden to manage daily operations and ensure a safe, disciplined, and welcoming environment for our students. You will serve as the primary point of contact for student welfare, safety, and discipline, living on-site to provide round-the-clock support and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Management & Welfare Address Concerns: Resolve student grievances, personal issues, and peer conflicts promptly.
Medical Support: Attend to sick students and coordinate medical emergencies with healthcare providers.
Foster Community: Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and healthy living environment.
2. Attendance & Discipline Daily Attendance: Conduct mandatory evening roll calls and maintain accurate logs.
Enforce Rules: Monitor compliance with curfew timings, silence hours, and hostel policies.
Disciplinary Action: Report and document serious behavioral violations to management.
3. Operations & Administration daily Inspections: Check cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across rooms and common areas.
Vendor Coordination: Supervise mess catering, housekeeping staffs, and security personnel.
Asset Management: Keep track of hostel inventory, room allocations, and repair requests.
Requirements and Qualifications Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in hostel management, hospitality, or student counseling is an asset.
Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
Traits: Patient, commanding personality, high emotional intelligence, and strong crisis-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
