Key Responsibilities
- Handle student admissions, enquiries, and maintain admission records.
- Guide parents through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain student and staff records, files, and school documentation.
- Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and day-to-day office administration.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, verify documents, and assist with employee onboarding.
- Communicate school notices, circulars, and important updates to parents and staff.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor fee collection records, prepare fee reports, and follow up on pending payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Coordinate school events and activities with department heads.
- Maintain statutory records, licenses, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support smooth day-to-day school operations and administrative functions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
