Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Proactively generate leads through calling and follow-ups; build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by clearly communicating product value.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Market & Product Understanding: Stay updated with general pharmaceutical compositions and industry trends.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales records, and report KPIs using MS Excel.
What You Bring
- Education: Graduate (B. Pharma preferred)
- Experience: 1–4 years in Pharma Sales or PCD Pharma Franchise Sales
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of pharma compositions
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Resilient and target-driven mindset
