Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and monitoring the performance of the sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets, customer satisfaction, enquiry conversion, and team productivity. The role involves guiding sales consultants, ensuring proper follow-up of enquiries, conducting field activities, and maintaining showroom sales standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and yearly vehicle sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Support sales consultants in closing retail and exchange deals.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of DMS/CRM systems.
- Conduct team briefings and daily sales review meetings.
- Ensure test drive management and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure showroom discipline, grooming, and customer handling standards.
- Support marketing activities, events, roadshows, and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and reduce complaints/escalations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
