Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors. Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls. Respond to or redirect inquiries via email and in-person.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars. Handle filing, scanning, and mailing duties.
- Logistics: Monitor and order office supplies. Sign for and distribute packages and couriers
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in administrative or reception roles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. (Degrees in hospitality or business administration are highly valued)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
