Objective
To manage the profitability of site operations through timely completion of quality
execution with maintaining safety standards within budget as per the management’s
expectation.
Project planning
o Develop the project plan by incorporating requirement, design considerations and project
expectations
o Define the resource plan (including the manpower plan – considering mobilization and
de-mobilization phases of the project)
Project execution
o Make sure to execution of the project according to the project plan and as per drawings
o Maintain documentation control and record keeping
o Ensure design intentions are met in consultation with architect, engineers and other
technical worker
o Resolve all technical and commercial issues at site in coordination with design and
production
o Establish productivity standards for various trades and ensure productivity targets are
met
o Ensure compliance to project management SOP
o Ensure documentation any design change that happens due to site constraints or changes
in client requirements at site
o Ensure proper documentation of all project related documents in coordination with
document controller at HO
Safety
o Act as a role model for safety
o Ensure safety compliance & policies followed at the project site by all (including
Sanderson staff & workers, sub-contractor workers, HO visitors, client, consultants,
vendors & others)
Resource Management
o Approve material requisition raised by project engineer and ensure the same is approved
by HO
o Handle local purchase of resources and ensure on-time availability of resources for site
execution
o Handle payments to vendors for all local purchases

Contracts management
o
Ensure work execution as per contractual terms and conditions
o
Ensure amendments to the contract, if any, are requested and received from the customer in time.
o
Verify & provide support in obtaining licenses, permits or regulatory / legal compliances required for smooth execution at site.
Monitoring & review
o
Review the quality of the work completed (all trades) with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets project standard
o
Review & monitor project schedule adherence to baseline plan
o
Review and monitor project cost adherence against budget
o
Review & monitor project cash flow situations and recommend suitable measures to address cash flow situations
o
Focus and ensure that project site and team meet the technical KRA. Such as; progress, quality, cost and safety.
Manpower Management
o
Ensure the team perform their designated responsibilities.
o
In case of unavailability or non-performing behaviour of Sr. engineer, its sole responsibilities to conduct the activity without any disturbances.
o
Manage the team and approve the leave of the team members.
o
Manage and allocate the task to the respective team.
o
Encourage and incorporate company’s mission, vision & values in the team.
Coordination & management
o
Involve & resolve pending concern
o
Understand, handle & resolve and the grievance of agencies / consultant in the interest of the project.
o
Participation in review meetings, compile & present all technical report. Discuss and implement the final decision, which has been taken in review meeting.
o
Handle customer’s technical escalated grievance.
o
Involve in the preparation of policies like addition/ deduction, fire manual related to project
Scheduling & Progress
o
Conduct & organize meeting with designated agencies to achieve the desire result.
o
Quality, progress, drawings and all other technical requirement to be fulfilled by team during execution.
Quality Control & assurance
o
Verify and approve the checklist filled by Engineer or supervisor (DigiQC).
o
Develop new activity checklist as and when needed. Modify or update of existing checklist as per the site requirement.
o
Raised the issue if not met with the standard and escalate it to superior as per the escalation system.

Reporting & System Development
o
Develop and implement the system and conduct the system compliance audit on timely interval. Maintain the record of the audit activity.
o
Ensure & responsible for the adoption of the ERP or any other technical software at project site and maintain complete data management.
Training & development
o
Ensure to make aware, educate and compliance to be followed by each team member on company policy, HRD guidelines, code of conduct and regulation.
o
Identify training needs (technical or non-technical) and organize accordingly.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
