Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, MSME Mart, and other platforms.
- Update leads, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM and Excel.
- Coordinate customer meetings with the field sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Execute daily WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain customer and lead databases.
- Learn company products and communicate their applications effectively.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Confident in cold calling, customer engagement, and objection handling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
